In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation 48 hours notice is required.

If your appointment is cancelled in LESS than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will require a non refundable deposit of $75 to reschedule your appointment.
No shows and same day cancellations are included under this policy.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your service or the full services scheduled.
Some stylists require additional deposits, please check with your stylist for more information.
